Krow stories!
Welcome to my Krow story home page.
Welcome to the site of the Krow stories. This is an exciting time for all those people out there who can read. The Krow story below is part of a series. Further down is a link to the early stories in the series. Just for the record that is not me. It is a drawing of something. Don't ask me what it is. That is left up to the pesron looking at it.
The Adventures of Krow part XXIX : Useless Knowledge
Krow decided to find the treasure that was mentioned, so Krow went into the next room, which happened to be a library. Krow figured this would be a great place to learn more about the treasure. Krow found a book that he thought would help him. The book was entitled "Aluminum Cans and Their Mental Stability". Krow read the book and was amazed at how truly fragile the psyche of aluminum cans are. He also read the book, "Only Idiots Should Read This Book", and his spirits were lifted, but he got no clue as to the whereabouts of the treasure. Then, something caught his attention, actually it was more of a someone. A person was standing next to a book case yelling, "Come this way, step right up, secret passage behind this book case!" Krow walked over to the person and whispered, "Is there a secret passage behind that book case?" "Hey," said the person, "you should not announce things like that, it needs to stay a secret." "How do I get in?", Krow asked. "Well don't look now, but right there is the book to pull." Krow glanced to where the person was pointing. "Quit being so obvious.", said the person, "Someone might see you!" Krow looked around the room, but no one was there except the two of them. Krow backed toward the book, reached over his shoulder, and pulled it. Krow and the entire book case began to turn. Krow could hear a beeping sound and a monotone voice repeatedly announcing: "The door is ajar." Krow walked into the dark space behind the book case, and it closed behind him. Krow clapped twice and a light came on. A man walked over to Krow and said, "Welcome to my sock drawer." "Where are your socks?", asked Krow, noticing the utter lack of foot coverings for a drawer whose very nature required the presence of socks. "Well," said the man, "various natural and unnatural disasters have caused me to have a major sock shortage, if you know what I mean." Krow had absolutely no idea what he meant. "Oh," said Krow, "I understand." Krow did notice that the man was sad looking, so he decided to use the sewing function on his army knife to make a sock for the sock-impaired man. The visibly happier and once sockless man said, "Thanks, now please follow me." Krow followed the man down the corridor.
I will be putting up a new Krow story every so often. Let me know what you think.
